After the typically explosive interviews, The Apprentice’s finalists were revealed as Phil Turner and Rachel Woolford last week.
The latter of them owns a boutique fitness studio, North Studio, with locations in her native Leeds as well as Harrogate.
She will be hoping to beat the Bognor Regis pie company owner in tomorrow’s final where they will have to pitch their business plans in a last attempt to convince Lord Sugar that they are worthy of the £250,000 investment.
With two studios after just a few of years running her business, Rachel is clearly someone with real business acumen.
She left her job in finance during the Covid-19 pandemic to turn her passion for fitness into a career.
Rachel Woolford is one boardroom away form being able to expand her exercise empire

Because of the context around its opening, the Roundhay, Leeds, studio was built in 2020 with social distancing in mind.
This comes across with North Studio in Leeds, a spacious and modern gym.
It now offers a range of classes and sessions to classes including boxing, yoga, cycling and HIIT classes.

This decor bleeds into the ‘refuel kitchen’.
This healthy drinks bar offers fresh juices, smoothies and shakes daily offering ‘the best recipes for low-calorie replenishment, pre-workout energy boosts and protein packed muscle repair’.
It is filled with wooden tables and dark silver stools with the minimalist look reflecting the healthy items they have on offer.

Decoration at the Harrogate studio is much the same, although on a smaller scale – meaning no refuel kitchen for any of Rachel’s North Yorkshire customers.
Rachel is just one boardroom meeting with the business mogul away from potentially expanding this exercise empire even further.
